Since many years back, I was guided to work with mothers and babies, so I am dedicate the next paragraphs to describe the program named Conscious Birth to know how you can go through this 9 month journey in spiritual alignment with you baby and help each other grow healthy and in balance. 

Conscious Birth maintly includes 9 Month Spiritual Guidance and Support. It is a program of comprehensive and holistic journey to help you understand the deep connection you can develop with your baby ever since day 1. I am here to support you through the spiritual and physical aspects of pregnancy, ensuring a nurturing and empowering experience.

Key Components of the program:
1. Montly Meditations (montly)
- We will engange in calming and centering meditations each month to connect deeply with your baby and foster inner peace. The Meditations are designed to enhance emotional well-being and promote a harmonious
pregnancy.
2. Practical Exercises (weekly or every other week) 
- We will meet online to workout gently, every week or every other week, according to the stages of your pregnancy. During movement, I will include gentle movements, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods to support physical health and comfort.
3. Initiation for Finding the Baby's Name (Month 4) 
-  Special session dedicated to discovering and/or choosing the name for your baby. The session includes guided meditations and intuitive practices to connect with your baby and receive inspiration for their name.
4. Affirmations and Conversations with the Baby (Weekly)
- We will build daily affirmations to foster a positive mindset and strengthen the bond with your baby.
5. Natural Products from Careless Beauty (1 kit of products for 9 month)
- Receive a curated selection of natural products for belly skin care and hydration from my family's natural brand of dermato-cosmetics Careless Beauty Romania
- Products are formulated to support the changing needs of your skin during pregnancy, ensuring optimal care and nourishment.
6. Baby Prayer (Weekly)
- You will receive guided prayers and spiritual reflections shared weekly
7. Birth Energetic Support (Month 9) 
- We will go through an energetic practice and support to prepare for a harmonious and empowered birth experience.
