The Soul Healing Journey

Over the next seven years, the central theme of our human experience will be the healing of the soul. Why this journey is necessary will be revealed gradually—each time we choose to take a step closer to our True Self. That Self has always been there, hidden beneath layers of frustration, repressed emotions, and deeply embedded patterns held within the soul body. Everything you’ve ever felt is stored in your soul. From a multidimensional perspective, this soul body emits a 150-meter energetic field around you in the 3D world—a magnetic halo of memory and emotion.

The soul acts like a divine chip, recording everything. But just like any system, when memory becomes overloaded, it turns toxic. How do we know it’s full? We feel it. A persistent heaviness in the chest, a quiet yet constant emotional weight—these are signs of saturation. An unprocessed thought, an old wound, or a cyclical pattern might be pressing on the soul, asking to be seen, felt, and released.Healing begins with feeling. Repressed emotions, unspoken pain, and ignored traumas become knots in the soul’s energy field. These don’t just vanish with time. They remain active, attracting similar situations, people who trigger them, and emotional states that seem to flood us from nowhere. Until we meet them with presence.

Soul healing is not a destination. It’s a continuous journey of cleansing, accepting, and reconnecting. It invites us into radical honesty. What hurts? What part of you has never been truly heard? What emotion did you push aside, hoping it would disappear if left alone? As we begin to consciously feel these layers, we start to remember. The soul doesn’t only store pain—it holds the memory of who we truly are. Beneath the suffering lies a pure core of light, a divine spark untouched by time or trauma. The healing journey is not about fixing yourself, but about revealing that light again, layer by layer.

Yes, sometimes it hurts. But pain is a sign that you’re getting close. That your soul is crying out to be seen, honored, and held. And when that happens—when your soul is finally acknowledged—the alchemical process begins.Dense energy begins to dissolve. Painful memories rewrite themselves through compassion. Your vital field purifies. This is sacred inner alchemy. All that was once repressed or distorted is brought to light for transformation.True healing demands the courage to face your emotional history without masks, without denial, without deception. Your soul doesn’t ask you to be perfect—it asks you to be present. It doesn’t require you to always feel “fine”—but to be authentic. And through that authenticity, your entire mind-body-soul system begins to rewire itself. You release. You recharge. With higher frequencies: love, peace, clarity, divine will.

The next seven years mark a turning point in humanity’s evolutionary blueprint. The codes of the soul are undergoing a massive recalibration. We can no longer function under old paradigms of avoidance, dissociation, or overcompensation. The soul body demands release. It calls us back to wholeness. And this return is sacred, personal, and irreversible.

The True Self can no longer be denied. It doesn’t scream—it pulses. Quietly. Within. “I am what you’ve been waiting for.”Everything must be felt to be explored. Everything explored can be healed. And everything healed… becomes freedom.

Contemplate this now with an open heart. You’ve already begun the process. The rest will continue to flow through you.The Soul Body: A Spiritual and Scientific ViewSpiritually, the soul body is seen as the subtle vehicle of consciousness that bridges your divine essence (the Higher Self) with your human experience. It’s a living memory bank, storing emotional experiences, karmic lessons, soul gifts, pure intentions, and the wisdom gathered across lifetimes. It’s not visible to the physical eye, but those with clairvoyant sight or in altered states of consciousness can perceive it. Intense emotions, deep prayer, energy healing, or devotional practices activate and cleanse this sacred layer of being.

Scientifically, we now know that the body is not only matter—it is energy. Every cell, every organ, vibrates. Together, they form an electromagnetic field surrounding the physical body—a scientific “aura,” if you will. The strongest of these fields is generated by the heart, which emits impulses detectable several meters away. This field reflects our emotional state and influences how we connect with others, just as it is influenced by thoughts and stress.

Inside us, our cells carry memories—not only of inherited DNA but of emotional and physical trauma. This is known as cellular memory—the cells’ ability to retain information from our lived experiences, impacting health, behavior, and future reactions. Here enters psychoneuroimmunology, a branch of science exploring how thoughts and emotions directly affect our immune, nervous, and hormonal systems. A deep emotional stress can suppress immunity or even trigger disease.

On a larger scale, we have theories like the unified field theory, which proposes that everything in the universe is connected through invisible fields of energy and information. Biologist Rupert Sheldrake calls these “morphic fields,” possibly explaining why animals sense when their owner is about to pass, or how ideas spread without direct contact. So between our electromagnetic field, cellular memory, the mind-body connection, and the subtle energetic web that binds us to All That Is—we begin to see that the human being is far more than what meets the eye.

And yet, despite ancient spiritual texts and modern scientific evidence, humanity still struggles with self-abandonment—ignoring the soul, invalidating emotions, and disconnecting from Self. But we’ve reached the finish line of that pattern. This is the message I receive in my communion with the Father: Starting this April, a special window of time opens for soul release. A sacred new chapter is unfolding, and I invite you to reflect upon it… and choose what is best for your path.

With reverence and light, Ioana Adina
